火针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Fire Needle in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的观察火针对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法将70例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组35例采用口服西药治疗;观察组35例在对照组的基础上联合火针治疗,对比2组临床治疗效果以及疼痛程度变化。结果观察组总有效率100%,优于对照组总有效率88.6%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论火针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛具有显著临床效果,可减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fire needle on postherpetic neuralgia.Methods Seventy patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.In control group,35 cases were treated with western medicine.The observation group of 35 cases was treated fire needle on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect and the pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,which was better than that of the control group(88.6%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fire needle has significant clinical effect in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,and can alleviate the suffering of patients.
