针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的有效性分析

Analysis on the Effectiveness of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的有效性。方法选择2017年11月—2019年7月接受治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的患者98例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例)。对照组采用手法治疗的方式,观察组采用针灸治疗的方式,经过治疗后比较2组方法的治疗效果,比较2组患者症状缓解的时间和治疗有效率。结果本研究中,2组患者治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者症状缓解的时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05),经过治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将针灸治疗应用到膝关节骨性关节炎患者的治疗中,有较好的治疗效果,治疗后患者症状缓解的时间明显的降低,有助于提高患者的生活质量,值得被推广应用。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods From November 2017 to July 2019,98 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.The random number table was used.They were divided into the control group(n=49)and the treatment group(n=49).The control group was treated with manipulation,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture.After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared,as well as the time of symptom relief and the effective rate of the two groups.Results In this study,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the time of symptom relief in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has a better therapeutic effect in patients with knee osteoarthritis,and the time of symptom relief is significantly reduced after treatment,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of promotion and application.
