穴位灸法联合神灯照射在骨科术后尿潴留中的应用

The Application of Acupoint Moxibustion Combined with Shendeng Irradiation in Urinary Retention after Orthopaedic Surgery

目的探究在骨科术后尿潴留中运用穴位灸法联合神灯照射治疗的临床效果。方法选取120例在2017年8月—2019年5月收治的腰麻并使用镇痛泵的术后出现尿潴留的患者,随机分为观察组(穴位灸法联合神灯照射治疗)和对照组(常规西医诱导方法治疗)各60例,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果与对照组(66.67%)相比,观察组治疗总有效率(86.67%)较高(P<05);相比于对照组(83.33%),观察组护理满意度(96.67%)较高(P<0.05)。结论在骨科术后尿潴留中运用穴位灸法联合神灯照射治疗,能够获得更加显著的治疗效果,同时使患者对护理工作的满意度明显提高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint moxibustion combined with Shendeng irradiation in the treatment of urinary retention after orthopaedic surgery.Methods 120 patients with urinary retention after lumbar anesthesia and analgesic pump operation were selected from August 2017 to May 2019.They were randomly divided into observation group(acupoint moxibustion combined with Shendeng irradiation therapy)and control group(conventional western medicine induction therapy),with 60 patients in each group.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results Compared with the control group(66.67%),the total effective rate of the observation group(86.67%)was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(83.33%),the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint moxibustion combined with Shendeng irradiation in the treatment of urinary retention after orthopaedic surgery can achieve more significant therapeutic effect,and at the same time,can significantly improv patients’satisfaction with nursing work.
