黄芪建中汤联合穴位贴敷对慢性胃炎患者Hp转阴率的影响

The Effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application on the Negative Rate of Hp in Patients with Chronic Gastritis

目的研究黄芪建中汤联合穴位贴敷对慢性胃炎患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)转阴率的影响。方法将2017年8月—2018年4月收治的慢性胃炎患者120例依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组进行西医药物治疗,将利用黄芪建中汤联合穴位贴敷疗法的患者纳入观察组。对比分析2组患者的中医证候、血清中PGⅠ、PGⅡ、GS水平,并统计不良反应发生及Hp转阴率情况。结果2组治疗后中医证候积分均降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后的PGⅠ、PGⅡ、GS水平均上升,且观察组患者比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的总不良反应发生率明显高于观察组,且其Hp转阴率较观察组而言偏低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗慢性胃炎患者利用黄芪建中汤联合穴位贴敷的治疗方式于临床具有可观的效果,在提高血清中PGⅠ、PGⅡ以及GS水平的同时,可缓解中医证候,且不良反应发生率较低、Hp转阴率较高。

Objective To study the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application on the negative rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods 120 patients with chronic gastritis treated by our hospital from August 2017 to April 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the patients were included in the observation group used Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application.The levels of PGⅠ,PGⅡand GS in the serum of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The syndrome of TCM syndrome after two groups of treatment The scores of PGⅠ,PGⅡand GS in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of total adverse reaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic gastritis has considerable effect,improves PG I and PG II in the serum,relieves TCM syndromes,and has low incidence of adverse reactions and high Hp conversion rate.
