综合护理干预对老年患者肛肠术后便秘的效果分析

Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Defecation of Senile Patients after Anorectal Surgery

目的评估综合护理干预对老年患者肛肠术后便秘的影响效果。方法收集2017年1月—2018年3月入院的120例肛肠手术治疗后便秘的老年患者,将其随机分为2组。其中,对照组患者给予常规护理;观察组患者则实施综合护理干预,护理结束后,比较2组患者便秘改善情况。结果与进行常规护理的对照组相比,观察组采用综合护理干预措施后,老年患者的术后便秘发生率均显著低于对照组,便秘症状显著轻于对照组,该试验结果均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理干预应用于肛肠术后患者能够使并发症的发生率得到有效降低,使患者的临床疗效明显提升,进而大大提升了患者满意度。因此,综合护理干预对于老年患者肛肠术后临床护理具有重要作用,可尝试在相关科室进行推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on defecation of senile patients after anorectal surgery.Methods From January 2017 to March 2018,120 senile patients after anorectal surgery were enrolled in this study,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were treated with routine general nursing,while patients in observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing.The scores of nursing satisfaction and improved conditions of defecation in the two groups under different nursing intervention methods were analyzed.Results The constipation incidence in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,in addition,for the changes of clinic symptom and physical sign,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention to patients after anorectal surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the clinical curative effect.Therefore,comprehensive nursing intervention is important for senile patients after anorectal surgery,and deserves to be promoted in relevant departments.
