摘要
本文通过列举甘肃省名中医张延昌主任医师运用《武威汉代医简》中所载"治东海白水侯所奏方"治疗强直性脊柱炎医案三例,说明了《武威汉代医简》中所载"治东海白水侯所奏方"在今日的临床中,在正确辨证的基础上,通过合理灵活的运用,可以扩大治疗范围,对强直性脊柱炎等一些病种仍可发挥重要的治疗作用,具有一定的临床价值,值得我们去研究和运用。
Three cases of famous traditional Chinese medicine Chief Physician of Gansu province named Zhang Yanchang’s experience in treating ankylosing spondylitis with"Zhidonghai Baishuihou Suozou Fang"in Wuwei Medical Bamboo Slips of Han Dynasty were discussed.It proves that on the foundation of correct dialectic can enlarge treatment scope based on reasonable and agile use,is effective to ankylosing spondylitis,and it has certain clinical value,and is worthy of study and application.
