清胰左金汤联合奥曲肽治疗胰腺炎临床观察

The Efficacy of Qingyi Zuojin Decoction Combined with Octreotide in the Treatment of Pancreatitis

目的探讨清胰左金汤联合奥曲肽治疗胰腺炎的有效性。方法选择2018年2月—2019年1月就诊的胰腺炎患者82例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例)。对照组给予奥曲肽治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合清胰左金汤治疗,治疗1周后,比较2组患者治疗有效率及各项胃肠道指标恢复正常时间。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.12%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为85.37%,观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组,对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组症状缓解时间、恢复排气时间、恢复排便时间、血淀粉酶水平正常时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清胰左金汤联合奥曲肽治疗胰腺炎有效性高,治疗效果显著,有效缩短了各症状的恢复时间,利于患者康复,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Qingyi Zuojin decoction combined with octreotide in the treatment of pancreatitis.Methods 82 cases of pancreatitis patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The random number table was used.They were divided into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41).The control group was treated with octreotide,and the observation group was treated with Qingyi Zuojin decoction on the basis of the control group.After 1 week of treatment,the effective rate of treatment and the recovery time of various gastrointestinal indicators in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.12%in the observation group and 85.37%in the control group.The treatment effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The symptom relief time,recovery time of exhaust,recovery time of defecation and normal blood amylase level in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingyi Zuojin decoction combined with octreotide in the treatment of pancreatitis is effective,has significant effect,shorten the recovery time of each symptom,is conducive to the recovery of patients,and is worthy of promotion and application.
