当归拈痛汤治疗湿热浸淫型湿疹临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Danggui Niantong Decoction in Treating Dampness-heat Eczema

目的观察当归拈痛汤治疗湿热浸淫型湿疹的临床疗效。方法选择2017年6月—2018年12月收治的湿热浸淫型湿疹患者86例,根据随机数字表法分为2组,每组43例。对照组给予氯雷他定片治疗,观察组给予当归拈痛汤加减治疗。对比分析2组患者的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.35%)明显高于对照组(79.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗期间经血尿常规、肝肾功能检查均未出现明显异常,且无其他不良反应。结论对湿热浸淫型湿疹患者采用当归拈痛汤治疗,可有效减少皮损,改善临床症状,且安全性较高,临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danggui Niantong decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat eczema.Methods86 patients with dampness-heat eczema admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given loratadine tablets,and the observation group was given Danggui Niantong decoction.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.35%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious abnormality in hematuria and liver and kidney function tests during the treatment,and no other adverse reactions.Conclusion Danggui Niantong decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat eczema can effectively reduce skin lesions,improve clinical symptoms,and has high safety and clinical effect.
