林兰教授治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的经验总结

林兰教授作为"全国中医内分泌重点专科"学术带头人,对糖尿病及并发症的治疗有着自己独到的见地,并创立成体系的辨证理论及治疗方法。总结林兰教授的经验,将有助于提高糖尿病周围神经病变的诊疗水平。林兰教授认为,糖尿病周围神经病变属中医"血痹"范畴,以疼痛、感觉异常为主要表现,造成严重社会、经济负担。本病起病隐匿、病机复杂、迁延难愈,目前暂无能够完全缓解、治愈的药物,中国传统医学确实具有一定的优势。林兰教授综合中医内外治疗法应用于临床,早期干预、标本兼顾,收效较好,并得到临床对照实验、现代药理研究的验证。

Objective Professor Lin Lan,as the academic leader of the National Key Laboratory of Endocrinology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has his own unique insights into the treatment of diabetes and complications,and has established a system of dialectical theory and treatment.To summarize Professor Lin Lan’s experience will help improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method Literature sorting,learning with the teacher,experience summary was carried out.Results Professor Lin Lan believes that diabetic peripheral neuropathy belongs to the category of"blood stasis"of traditional Chinese medicine,with pain and paresthesia as the main performance,causing serious social and economic burden.The disease is insidious,complicated,and difficult to heal.At present,there is no drug that can completely relieve and cure.Traditional Chinese medicine does have certain advantages.Conclusion Professor Lin Lan’s comprehensive internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine was applied to clinical,early intervention and specimens,and the results were good,and it was verified by clinical control experiments and modern pharmacological studies.
