芪参益气滴丸对急性心肌梗死PCI术后内皮功能的影响

Research on Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills on Endothelial Function in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的观察芪参益气滴丸对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后血管内皮功能的影响。方法将104例接受PCI的AMI患者随机分为试验组(52例)和对照组(52例)。2组均接受常规给药,试验组在此基础上加服芪参益气滴丸。比较2组术后1周、9周的肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张(FMD)的血管内皮功能和心功能。结果PCI术后1周,2组FMD、N末端B型利钠肽原水平差异无统计学意义。在9周随访期间,试验组FMD、N末端B型利钠肽原的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组左室射血分数在随访期间的差异无统计学意义。结论芪参益气滴丸干预能改善AMI患者PCI术后内皮功能、心功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qishen Yiqi dripping pills on endothelial function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 104 AMI inpatients after PCI admitted were randomized into experimental group and control group.The patients of the two groups received the secondary preventive medicine after PCI,and additionally the patients of the experimental group were treated with Qishen Yiqi dripping pills.The changes of endothelial function and cardiac function of brachial artery endothelium-dependent vasodilation(FMD)at 1 and 9 weeks after PCI were compared between the two groups.Results Nine week after PCI,the improvements of FMD and NT-proBNP levels were observed in the experimental group.Regarding ejection fraction at 1 and 9 weeks after PCI,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Qishen Yiqi dripping pills can improve the endothelial function of AMI patients after PCI,and then partially improve the cardiac function.
