中西医结合护理在子宫内膜异位症中的应用

Study on the Application of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Patients with Endometriosis

目的探讨中西医结合护理对子宫内膜异位症患者负性情绪及痛经改善的影响。方法选择2015年1月—2019年2月我院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组在腹腔镜术后进行常规西医护理,研究组则实施中西医结合护理。比较2组负性情绪及痛经改善情况。结果研究组护理后SAS与SDS评分为(43.84±4.85)分、(44.65±5.09)分,均低于对照组的(54.40±4.49)分、(54.86±4.88)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组痛经改善总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理能够改善子宫内膜异位症患者负性情绪及痛经症状,利于减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on negative emotion and dysmenorrhea in patients with endometriosis.Methods From January 2015 to February 2019,60 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine nursing after laparoscopy,while the study group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.The negative mood and dysmenorrhea improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were(43.84±4.85)and(44.65±5.09)respectively,which were lower than those in the control group.(54.40±4.49)and(54.86±4.88),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can improve the negative emotion and the symptom of the dysmenorrhea in the patients with endometriosis,which is beneficial to the alleviation of the pain of the patients and the quality of life.
