补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗中风后遗症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Sequelae of Apoplexy

目的探究补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗在中风后遗症中的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月—2018年12月接受治疗的中风后遗症患者80例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各40例。对照组行西医治疗,观察组行补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗。对比2组临床疗效、治疗前后NIHSS、ADL、认知功能评分、不良反应发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗后NIHSS评分较低,ADL评分、治疗总有效率及认知功能评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗中风后遗症可获得较好效果,利于提升患者神经功能,改善其日常生活能力,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of apoplexy.Methods 80 patients with sequelae of apoplexy in our hospital received treatment from May 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction and acupuncture.NIHSS and ADL scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The NIHSS score in the observation group was lower,the ADL score and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture can achieve good results in the treatment of sequelae of stroke,which is beneficial to improve the neurological function of patients and improve their daily living ability,which is worth popularizing and applying.
