针刺八髎穴联合自拟活血祛瘀方治疗瘀血阻络型腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

Study on the Significance of Acupuncture at Baliao Point Combined with Self-designed Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis Recipe in Lumbar Disc Herniation with Blood Stasis Blocking Collateral

目的探讨针刺八髎联合自拟活血祛瘀方治疗瘀血阻络型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在辽宁沈阳中大骨科医院中医科的80例瘀血阻络型腰椎间盘突出症患者,对照组患者40例采取自拟活血祛瘀方治疗,试验组40例采用针刺联合自拟活血祛瘀方治疗,对2组患者治疗后总有效率及腰椎功能与疼痛程度比较。结果治疗后,试验组患者疼痛程度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗总有效率大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者腰椎功能优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合自拟活血祛瘀方对瘀血阻络型腰椎间盘突出疗效明显且安全性高,能有效缓解临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the significance of acupuncture at baliao point combined with self-designed promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis recipe in lumbar disc herniation with blood stasis blocking collateral.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in Zhongda Orthopedics Hospital,80 cases of lumbar disc herniation with blood stasis blocking collateral patients were divided into control group of40 took promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis recipe and the experimental group of 40 cases was treated with acupuncture at baliao point combined with self-designed promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis recipe.The total effective rate after treatment in both groups compared with degree of pain and lumbar function.Results The pain degree of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lumbar disc function of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at baliao point combined with self-designed promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis recipe has obvious curative effect and high safety for blood stasis blocking lumbar disc herniation,and can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
