痿三针联合康复训练治疗肌少症临床观察

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect of Wei Three-needle Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Myopathy

目的观察"痿三针"疗法对肌少症患者步行能力、肌力、平衡功能的疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的60例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组用"痿三针"治疗,对照组用常规针刺治疗,10 d后分别测试2组患者步行速度、站位平均动摇速度、双下肢腓肠肌表面肌电数值。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者步行速度升高,站位平均重心动摇速度下降,双下肢腓肠肌表面肌电数值提高(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痿三针疗法对肌少症的疗效优于常规针刺。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of wei three-needle therapy on walking ability,muscle strength and balance function of patients with myopathy.Methods 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with wei three-needle,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.After 10 days,the walking speed,the average standing shaking speed and the surface electromyogram of gastrocnemius muscle of both lower limbs were measured.Result Compared with the control group,the walking speed increased,the average standing shaking speed decreased,and the surface electromyography of gastrocnemius muscle of both lower limbs increased(P<0.05).However,the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of wei three-needle therapy is better than that of routine acupuncture in the improvement of myolithiasis.
