柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床观察

Effect of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction on Patients with Post-stroke Depression

目的探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者的效果。方法选择2017年1月—2019年2月收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者50例,以随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,经过1个月的治疗后对治疗效果进行评估,比较2组患者的抑郁量表(HAMD)评分情况及治疗后不良反应的发生情况。结果2组患者治疗前抑郁情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的HAMD评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组患者失眠、疲惫乏力、情绪异常不良反应的发生率显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论将柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤应用到脑卒中后抑郁患者的治疗中,有较好的治疗效果,有助于提高患者的生活质量,且患者不良反应的发生率较低,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction on patients with post-stroke depression.Methods 50 patients treated with post-stroke depression from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected as research objects.The random number table was used.They were divided into the control group(n=25)and the observation group(n=25).The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction on the basis of the control group.After one month of treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated,and the HAMD(depression scale)scores of the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results In this study,there was no statistically significant difference in depression before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the incidence of insomnia,fatigue,and abnormal emotional reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression has a good therapeutic effect,which is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients is low,which is worthy of promotion and application.
