香砂六君子汤加减治疗活动性胃溃疡临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in Treating Active Gastric Ulcer

目的观察香砂六君子汤加减治疗活动性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法根据随机数字表法将2017年2月—2018年12月收治的84例活动性胃溃疡患者分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组患者给予西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合香砂六君子汤加减治疗。2组均连续治疗30 d,观察2组治疗效果、不良反应及半年内复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且半年内复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤加减治疗活动性胃溃疡患者可有效提高临床效果,未明显增加不良反应,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of active gastric ulcer.Methods According to the random number table method,84 patients with active gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December2018 were divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each.The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 30 days,and the treatment effects,adverse reactions and recurrence within half a year were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group within six months.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were slightly higher than the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients with active gastric ulcer,without significantly increasing adverse reactions and reducing the recurrence rate.
