摘要
在哺乳动物中,通过生物钟基因之间的相互作用调控下游的钟控基因而对所有器官施加昼夜节律。生物钟在控制许多生理过程中起着关键作用,如参与新陈代谢和调节能量平衡。骨骼肌作为外周器官,其已被证实受中央分子钟控制,尽管骨骼肌代谢和生长表现出昼夜节律性,但生物钟在骨骼肌中的作用多年来尚未被完全阐明。因此,本文就目前生物钟调控骨骼肌,尤其是控制骨骼肌代谢和肌细胞生成方面的研究进展做一综述。
In mammals,circadian rhythms are applied to all organs by regulating downstream clock-controlled genes through the interaction between biological clock genes.The circadian clock plays a key role in controlling many physiological processes,such as participating in metabolism and regulating energy balance.As a peripheral organ,skeletal muscle has been proved to be controlled by the central molecular clock.However,although skeletal muscle metabolism and growth show circadian rhythm,the role of biological clock in skeletal muscle has not been thoroughly studied for many years.Therefore,this article summarizes the research progress of the current circadian clock regulation of skeletal muscle,especially the control of skeletal muscle metabolism and myoblast production.
