基于住院患者补钙方案统计的药学监护点分析

Analysis of pharmaceutical care based on the statistics of inpatients’ calcium supplementation regimen

目的通过对我院住院患者补钙治疗方案的回顾性分析,为临床药师深入临床开展药学监护提供有效的切入点和工作思路。方法对2019年第一季度我院住院涉及补钙治疗的患者信息进行提取,从用药指征、合理性、经济性及重点监测指标的综合评估方面进行了分析。结果97例补钙治疗患者中无用药指征或存在用药禁忌的患者比例为14.43%,且在维生素D及其类似物的选择方面,所有患者接受的治疗方案均为价格较高的骨化三醇胶丸。此外,在重点监测指标的综合评估方面也需要进一步的完善。结论临床药师可以从用药指征、药物治疗剂量、治疗方案的经济性及重点指标的综合评估方面加强药学监护,并根据循证证据提供客观、科学、前沿的用药建议及科普宣传。

Objective ceutical care for clinical pharmacists through retrospective analysis of calcium supplementation for inpatients in our hospital.Methods formation of patients hospitalized in our hospital during the first quarter of 2019 with calcium supplementation was extracted,and the analysis was made on aspects of drug use indications,rationality,economy and comprehensive evaluation of key monitoring indicators.Results showed that 14.43%of 97 calcium supplement patients had no pharmacy indication or contraindication,and in the selection of vitamin D and its analogues,all patients received high-priced calcitriol.In addition,the comprehensive evaluation of key monitoring indicators needs to be further improved.Conclusion based pharmaceutical suggestions and scientific propaganda by carrying out pharmaceutical care from the indications of medication,the therapeutic dosage of medication,the economy of treatment schemes and comprehensive evaluation of key indicators.
