提升医学院校思政课教学实效性的供给侧之策

Supply-side measures to improve the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political course in medical colleges and universities

思政课是高校思想政治教育的主渠道和主阵地,是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。面对新时代国内外形势的快速发展和时代新人的培养要求,目前思政课尚存在教学亲和力不足、教学实效性有待提升等现实问题。针对这些现实问题,从供给侧来看,主要存在教学供给针对性不强、吸引力不足,高阶性难以突破;教学供给形式单一、方法不新,实效性难以提升而无法满足新时代大学生高质量的学习需求。聚焦医学院校思政课教学,结合医学生的特点,从供给侧发力,加强教师教学的逻辑牵引、问题引导、话语创新、技术融合是提升医学院校思政课教学质量的有效对策。

Ideological and political course is the main channel and front of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and it is the key course to implement the fundamental task of strengthen moral education and cultivate people.Facing the rapid development of the domestic and international situation in the new era and the cultivation requirements of the new generation of the times,some practical problems in ideological and political course,such as lack of teaching affinity and teaching effectiveness,need to be improved and solved.In view of these practical problems,from the perspective of the supply side,there are mainly single and one-sided teaching supply,which can′t meet the high-quality learning needs of college students in the new era.Focusing on ideological and political teaching in medical colleges and universities and combining the characteristics of medical students,strengthening the integration of the logical traction of the teachers′teaching,problem guidance,discourse innovation and technology from the supply side is an effective countermeasure to improve the teaching quality of ideological and political course in medical colleges and universities.
