整脊手法对脊柱慢性疼痛患者疼痛程度及腰椎功能的影响

Effect of chiropractic manipulation on pain degree and lumbar function in patients with chronic spinal pain

目的:观察整脊手法对脊柱慢性疼痛(CP)患者疼痛程度及腰椎功能的影响。方法:选取76例脊柱CP患者,按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组各38例。A组进行常规治疗,B组在常规治疗的基础上联合整脊手法治疗,比较两组的疼痛程度和腰椎功能。结果:随着治疗时间延长,两组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分不断下降,且B组各时间点的评分低于A组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗30 d后,两组Oswestry功能问卷表(ODI)评分降低,且B组ODI评分低于A组(P<0.05),两组日本骨科协会评估治疗法(JOA)评分升高,且B组JOA评分高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:整脊手法应用于脊柱CP患者中,利于减轻患者疼痛程度,提高患者腰椎功能。

Objective:To observe the effect of chiropractic manipulation on the degree of pain and lumbar function in patients with spinal chronic pain(CP).Methods:A total of 76 patients with spinal CP were randomized into two groups:group A and group B,with 38 cases in each group.group A received conventional therapy,while group B adopted chiropractic manipulation on the basis of treatment for group A.Then,the pain degree and lumbar function of patients was compared between both groups.Results:With the extension of treatment time,the visual analogue scale(VAS)of the two groups continued to decline,and the score of group B was lower than that of group A at each time point,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 30 days of treatment,the Oswestry Functional Questionnaire(ODI)was decreased,ODI score in group B was lower than group A;and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)treatment assessment score was increased in the two groups,and JOA assessment score in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of chiropractic manipulation in patients with spinal CP is beneficial to reduce the degree of pain and improve the lumbar function in patients.
