多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者CD-RISC评分的影响因素

Factors influencing CD-RISC scores in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分的影响因素,以期为临床干预提供参考。方法:选取PCOS不孕患者205例,以单因素、多元线性Logisitic回归分析影响患者CD-RISC评分的因素,以Pearson分析PCOS不孕患者家庭亲密度、适应性与CD-RISC评分相关性。结果:多元线性Logisitic分析显示,家庭类型、不孕时间、治疗周期数、是否有子女、男方独生子、结婚年限、家庭亲密度评分、流产次数、PTGI评分、家庭适应性评分是PCOS不孕患者CD-RISC评分的影响因素(P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示,家庭亲密度评分、家庭适应性评分与PCOS不孕患者CD-RISC评分呈正相关关系(r_(1)=0.604,r_(2)=0.519,P<0.05)。结论:PCOS不孕患者CD-RISC评分受不孕时间、亲密度等多种因素影响,临床可对以上影响因素进行评估,针对性给予干预,提高患者心理弹性。

Objective:To investigate the influencing factors of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)score in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),in order to provide reference for clinical intervention.Methods:A total of 205 PCOS infertile patients were selected,and univariate and multivariate linear Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of CD-RISC score.And Pearson was used to analyze the correlation of family intimacy and adaptability with CD-RISC score in infertility patients with PCOS.Results:Multivariate linear analysis showed that family type,infertility time,treatment cycles,number of children,the only child for male′s side,marriage years,family intimacy score,number of miscarriages,PTGI score,and family adaptability score affected CD-RISC score in PCOS infertile patients(P<0.05);Pearson analysis showed that family intimacy score and family adaptability score were positively correlated with CD-RISC score in PCOS infertile patients(r_(1)=0.604,r_(2)=0.519,P<0.05).Conclusion:CD-RISC score in PCOS infertility patients is affected by various factors,such as infertility time and intimacy.The above influencing factors can be evaluated clinically,and targeted interventions can be given to improve the psychological resilience of patients.
