益气复脉注射液联合美托洛尔对老年高血压合并心力衰竭有较好疗效

Effect of Yiqi Fumai injection combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets on elderly hypertensive patients complicated with heart failure

目的:探究益气复脉注射液联合美托洛尔缓释片对老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者心脏功能及高血压的影响。方法:135例老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者,依据治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组行苯磺酸氨氯地平联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察组行益气复脉注射液联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗。治疗30 d后,比较两组疗效、血压、心脏重构、不良反应。结果:观察组临床总有效率88.2%,高于对照组62.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压及LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组,LVEF、LVPFR高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.41%,低于对照组22.4%(P<0.05)。结论:益气复脉注射液可改善老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者心功能,调节血压,降低不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Yiqi Fumai injection combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets on cardiac function and hypertension status in elderly hypertensive patients complicated with heart failure.Methods:135 elderly hypertensive patients complicated with heart failure were divided into the control group and observation group according to different treatment schemes.The control group were treated with amlodipine besylate combined with succinate and metoprolol sustained-release tablets,while the observation group were treated with Yiqi Fumai injection combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets.After 30 days’treatment,the efficacy,blood pressure,cardiac remodeling and adverse reactions of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 88.2%,higher than 62.7%of the control group,which was of statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,LVIDD,LVESD of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while LVEF and LVPFR were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 4.41%,lower than 22.4%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Fumai injection can improve cardiac function,regulate blood pressure and reduce adverse reactions in elderly patients with blood pressure complicated with heart failure.
