摘要
目的:观察自制水囊+卡前列素氨丁三醇肌注在剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血中的应用效果。方法:86例剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血患者作为研究对象,其中接受卡前列素氨丁三醇肌注治疗的41例患者作为对照组,接受自制水囊+卡前列素氨丁三醇肌注治疗的45例患者作为实验组。观察、分析两组的临床疗效、出血量、止血时间和不良反应。结果:实验组总有效率93.3%,高于对照组58.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组产后2 h、24 h出血量低于对照组,止血时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自制水囊+卡前列素氨丁三醇肌注应用于剖宫产宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,可减少出血量,缩短止血时间,提高治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the effect of self-made water sac plus carprost tromethamine intramuscular injection on patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia after cesarean section.Methods:86 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia after cesarean section were selected as the research objects,among whom,41 patients who received carprost tromethamine intramuscular injection were included into the control group,while another 45 patients who received self-made water sacs plus carprost tromethamine intramuscular injection were included into the experimental group.The clinical efficacy,bleeding amount,hemostasis time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3%,higher than 58.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the amount of postpartum bleeding in the experimental group at 2 h and 24 h was lower than that of the control group,and the hemostasis time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of self-made water sac plus carprost tromethamine intramuscular injection can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the time of hemostasis,and improve the clinical efficacy in patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia after cesarean section.
