醒脑静注射液对急性脑出血老年患者的神经功能作用

Effect of Xingnaojing injection on nerve function in elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨醒脑静注射液对老年急性脑出血非手术患者的神经功能作用。方法:98例老年急性脑出血非手术患者随机分为两组,对照组49例,采用丙戊酸钠联合尼莫地平治疗;观察组49例,在对照组治疗基础上,加用醒脑静注射液治疗。分析两组的神经功能、神经功能影响因子及应激相关分子。结果:治疗后,观察组神经功能较对照组明显改善,神经功能影响因子水平低于对照组,应激相关分子的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液可能通过降低神经功能影响因子、调节应激相关分子促进老年急性脑出血患者神经功能恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection on the neurological function in elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage without surgery.Methods:98 elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage without surgery were randomized into two groups.49 patients in the control group were treated with valproate combined with nimodipine,while another 49 patients in the observation group were treated with Xingnaojing injection on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The changes of nerve function,influencing factors of Neurological function and stress index before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the neurological function of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group,the level of the nerve function influencing factor was lower than that of the control group,and the improvement of stress-related indexes was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing injection may promote the recovery of nerve function in elderly patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage by regulating stress-related molecules and reducing nerve function influencing factors.
