重组人干扰素α1b联合孟鲁司特钠治疗喘息性支气管炎患儿的效果分析

Efficacy of recombinant human interferon α1b combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis

目的:探讨重组人干扰素α1b、孟鲁司特钠治疗喘息性支气管炎(AB)患儿的效果。方法:92例AB患儿根据治疗方法分为两组,对照组45例,观察组47例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在孟鲁司特钠治疗的基础上,加用重组人干扰素α1b治疗。观察两组疗效、临床症状消失时间,分析治疗1周后,白三烯E4(LTE4)、嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平,治疗后3个月、6个月的复发率。结果:观察组、对照组的治疗总有效率分别为93.6%、75.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1周后,观察组LTE4、ECP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月、6个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重组人干扰素α1b联合孟鲁司特钠提高治疗AB患儿的效果,促进临床症状改善,降低复发率。

Objective:To investigate the effects of recombinant human interferonα1 b and montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis(AB).Methods:A total of 92 children with AB were divided into 2 groups.45 cases in the control group were treated with montelukast sodium,while another 47 cases in the observation group were treated with recombinant human interferonα1 b on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,leukotriene E4(LTE4)and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)levels before treatment and 1 week after treatment,and recurrence rate at 3 and 6 months after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group and control group was 93.6%,75.6%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the LTE4 and ECP level in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human interferonα1 b combined with montelukast sodium has a significant effect in the treatment of children with AB,which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation and the recurrence rate.
