摘要
目的:探讨替罗非班联合他汀类药物对冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后血管内皮功能及不良心血管事件(MACE)发生的影响。方法:98例冠心病患者随机分为研究组和常规组,每组49例。两组均行PCI术,常规组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组在常规组基础上再加用替罗非班治疗,分析两组的临床疗效、血管内皮功能指标、不良反应发生与MACE发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率93.88%高于常规组75.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后研究组NO水平高于常规组,ET-1、vWF水平低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率10.20%与常规组6.12%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组MACE发生率6.38%低于常规组23.40%(P<0.05)。结论:替罗非班联合他汀类药物对冠心病患者PCI术后的治疗效果明显,安全性高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of tirofiban combined with statins on vascular endothelial function and adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:98 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into study group and conventional group,49 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with PCI.The conventional group was treated with atorvastatin,and the study group was treated with tirofiban on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial function,adverse reactions and MACE of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.88%,higher than that of the conventional group(75.51%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the level of NO in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the levels of ET-1 and vWF in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.20%and 6.12%in the conventional group,with no significant difference(P>0.05);the incidence of MACE in the study group was 6.38%lower than 23.40%in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tirofiban combined with statins is effective and safe for patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
