积极心理学理论指导的护理干预对精神分裂症患者的康复影响

Effect of nursing intervention guided by positive psychology theory on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨积极心理学理论指导的护理干预对精神分裂症患者精神症状及自尊水平的影响。方法:精神分裂症患者82例,随机分为两组,每组41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予积极心理学理论指导的护理。比较两组精神症状、自尊水平和积极心理品质。结果:干预10周后,观察组精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分低于对照组,自尊量表(SES)评分和幸福进取问卷(HEIQ)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:积极心理学理论指导的护理干预能改善精神分裂症患者精神症状,提高患者自尊水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention guided by positive psychology theory on mental symptoms and self-esteem level of schizophrenic patients.Methods:82 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing guided by positive psychology theory on the basis of the control group.Mental symptoms,self-esteem and positive psychological quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After 10 weeks of intervention,the score of psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the scores of self-esteem scale(SES)and happiness enterprising questionnaire(HEIQ)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention guided by positive psychology theory can improve the mental symptoms and self-esteem of patients with schizophrenia.
