阿昔洛韦联合糖皮质激素治疗重度病毒性角膜炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation of acyclovir combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of severe viral keratitis

目的:探讨糖皮质激素联合阿昔洛韦治疗重度病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:90例重度病毒性角膜炎患者随机分为两组。观察组45例,给予糖皮质激素联合阿昔洛韦治疗;对照组45例,给予糖皮质激素治疗。分析、比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组疾病复发率、临床症状消失时间少于对照组,视力和总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素联合阿昔洛韦治疗重度病毒性角膜炎可加快患者康复速度,降低疾病复发率,提高患者视力恢复效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid combined with acyclovir in the treatment of severe viral keratitis.Methods:90 patients with severe viral keratitis were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(45 cases)was given glucocorticoid combined with acyclovir;the control group(45 cases)was given glucocorticoid.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results:The disease recurrence rate and clinical symptom disappearance time of the observation group were less than those of the control group,and the visual acuity and total effective rate were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glucocorticoid combined with acyclovir in the treatment of severe viral keratitis can accelerate the recovery of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,and improve the visual acuity recovery effect of patients.
