滋阴疏肝汤联合黄体酮对卵巢储备功能减退不孕症患者疗效观察

Clinical effects of Ziyin Shugan decoction combined with progesterone on infertility patients with diminished ovarian reserve

目的:探讨滋阴疏肝汤联合黄体酮对卵巢储备功能减退不孕症患者性激素水平及中医证候积分的影响。方法:选取卵巢功能减退不孕症患者83例,随机分为对照组(41例)和观察组(42例)。对照组予黄体酮肌内注射,观察组在对照组基础上增服滋阴疏肝汤,均治疗3个周期。比较两组用药疗效、性激素水平及中医证候积分。结果:治疗后,观察组用药疗效优于对照组,E2水平高于对照组,LH、FSH水平及中医症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢储备功能减退不孕症患者采用滋阴疏肝汤联合黄体酮治疗疗效显著,可调节性激素水平,改善卵巢功能,降低中医症候积分。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Ziyin Shugan Decoction combined with progesterone on the levels of sex hormones and TCM syndrome scores in infertility patients with diminished ovarian reserve.Methods:83 infertility patients with diminished ovarian reserve were randomized into the control group(41 cases)and the observation group(42 cases).The control group were given intramuscular injection of progesterone,while the observation group were given Ziyin Shugan Decoction on the basis of the control group,and all received 3 cycles of treatment.The therapeutic effects,sex hormone levels and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,E2 level was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of LH,FSH and TCM symptom score were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziyinshugan Decoction combined with progesterone is effective to infertility patients due to diminished ovarian reserve,which can regulate the level of sex hormones,improve ovarian function,and reduce TCM symptom score of patients.
