3D补片免固定技术对TAPP术患者术后恢复及并发症的影响

Effects of 3D patch-free fixation technique on postoperative recovery and complications of TAPP patients

目的:探讨3D补片免固定技术对经腹腹腔镜疝修补术(TAPP)患者术后恢复及并发症的影响。方法:选择我院收治的腹股沟疝患者70例,均接受手术治疗,按随机数表法将其分为对照组34例和观察组36例。对照组采用普通补片加螺钉固定,观察组采用3D补片免固定技术。比较两组患者围术期相关指标、术后并发症及术后疼痛感。结果:观察组各项手术围术期指标均低于对照组;术后6个月内,观察组并发症发生率、VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D补片免固定技术在TAPP术中应用优势显著,利于促进患者术后恢复,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effects of 3 D patch-free fixation technique on postoperative recovery and complications of patients with transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis(TAPP).Methods:70 patients with inguinal hernia admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019,and all received surgical treatment were randomized into the control group and observation group with 34 patients in the control group and 36 patients in the observation group.The control group were fixed with common patch and screw fixation,while the observation group were fixed with 3 D patch-free technique.Then the perioperative indicators,postoperative complications and postoperative pain of the two groups were compared.Results:The perioperative indicators of all operations in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;within 6 months after surgery,the incidence of complications and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3 D patch-free fixation technology in TAPP surgery has obvious advantages,which is conducive to promoting postoperative recovery and reducing the incidence of complications in patients.
