六君子汤加减对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者肿瘤标志物水平及免疫功能的影响

Effects of modified Liujunzi decoction on tumor marker levels and immune function in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer receiving chemotherapy

目的:探讨六君子汤加减对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者肿瘤标志物水平及免疫功能的影响。方法:选择我院收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者76例作为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组38例。对照组采用常规化疗,给予注射盐酸吉西他滨、紫杉醇注射液、培美曲塞及顺铂注射液,观察组在对照组基础上给予六君子汤加减,两组患者均治疗4个疗程,比较两组患者肿瘤标志物水平及免疫功能指标。结果:治疗后两组患者癌胚抗原(CEA)、鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8水平均低于治疗前,且观察组CEA、SCC-Ag水平低于对照组,CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六君子汤加减治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者效果显著,能够提高患者免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物水平。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Liujunzi decoction on tumor marker levels and immune function in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)receiving chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 76 advanced NSCLC patients receiving chemotherapy treated in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the subjects,who were randomized into 2 groups,each with 38 cases.Patients in the control group received conventional chemotherapy,and were injected with gemcitabine hydrochloride,paclitaxel,pemetrexed and cisplatin,while patients in the observation group was administered with Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups received 4 courses of treatment.Then,patients’tumor marker levels and immune function indicators of both groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),squamous epithelial cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag),CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment;the levels of CEA and SCC-Ag of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the levels of CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 were higher than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment with Liujunzi decoction in advanced NSCLC patients receiving chemotherapy has significant effects.It can improve the immune function and reduce the level of tumor markers.
