胰岛素低血糖生长激素激发试验与左旋多巴生长激素激发试验的比较

Comparison of insulin hypoglycemia growth hormone stimulation test and levodopa growth hormone stimulation test

目的:探讨胰岛素低血糖生长激素(GH)激发试验(低血糖激发试验)与左旋多巴GH激发试验(左旋多巴激发试验)在GH激发试验中的GH峰值、达峰时间及安全性是否存在差异。方法:将我院内分泌科住院诊断为矮身材的52例患者先后进行低血糖激发试验与左旋多巴激发试验。比较两种GH激发试验的生长激素峰值、60 min内达峰率及不良反应。结果:低血糖激发试验的峰值为(6.11±2.97)ng/ml,左旋多巴激发试验的峰值为(6.26±2.74)ng/ml,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);60 min内达到峰值的低血糖激发试验患者有84.62%(44/52)。60 min内达到峰值的左旋多巴激发试验患者占51.92%(27/52),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不良反应:低血糖激发试验占26.92%(14/52),左旋多巴激发试验占11.54%(6/52),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低血糖激发试验与左旋多巴激发试验GH峰值无差别;低血糖激发试验60 min内达峰率较左旋多巴激发试验高;低血糖激发试验不良反应高于左旋多巴激发试验。

Objective:To investigate the differences of GH peak value,T-max and safety between insulin hypoglycemia growth hormone(GH)stimulation test(hypoglycemia stimulation test)and levodopa GH stimulation test(levodopa stimulation test)in GH stimulation test.Methods:52 patients diagnosed as short stature in the endocrinology department of our hospital underwent hypoglycemia stimulation test and levodopa stimulation test,GH peak value,T-max rate within 60 min and adverse reactions between both tests were compared.Results:The respective GH peak value between hypoglycemia stimulation test and levodopa stimulation test was(6.11±2.97)ng/ml and(6.26±2.74)ng/ml,which was of no statistical difference(P>0.05);there were 84.62%(44/52)patients with hypoglycemia stimulation test reaching to the peak within 60 mins,and 51.92%(27/52)patients with levodopa stimulation test,which was of statistical difference(P<0.01);and the adverse reaction between hypoglycemia stimulation test and levodopa stimulation test was 26.92%(14/52)and 11.54%(6/52)respectively,which was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is no statistical difference of GH peak value between hypoglycemia stimulation test and levodopa stimulation test;and T-max rate within 60 mins and adverse reaction are higher in hypoglycemia stimulation test.
