摘要
微小RNA广泛参与多种疾病的发生发展,尤其是系统性红斑狼疮。微小RNA-181基因簇是目前发现较新的一个微小RNA,可通过多种机制参与系统性红斑狼疮的疾病活动和病情进展。笔者就miR-181基因簇单核苷酸多态性及拷贝数变异在系统性红斑狼疮疾病的研究进展进行综述。
MicroRNA(miRNA)has been confirmed in recent years to be participated in the occurrence and development of various diseases,especially in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).MicroRNA-181 gene cluster has currently been found to be a relatively new microRNA,which involves in SLE disease activity and progress by multiple mechanisms.This paper is to review some progresses of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and copy number variation(CNV)of miR-181 gene cluster in SLE.
