单通道微创经皮肾镜取石术对复杂性肾结石患者性功能及并发症的影响

Effects of single-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy on sexual function and complications in patients with complicated renal calculi

目的:探讨单通道微创经皮肾镜取石术对复杂性肾结石患者性功能及并发症的影响。方法:分析本院收治的90例复杂性肾结石患者临床资料,根据手术方式不同分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例。对照组行常规开放式取石术,观察组行单通道微创经皮肾镜取石术。对比两组肾功能指标、性功能,同时记录患者并发症情况。结果:术后观察组肾功能指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组性功能评分对比,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复杂性肾结石行单通道微创经皮肾镜取石术可降低肾功能损伤,提高性功能,且术后并发症发生率较低。

Objective:To investigate the effects of single-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy on sexual function and complications in patients with complicated renal calculi.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with complicated kidney calculi treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and randomized into the control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45)according to different surgical methods.Routine open lithotomy was performed for patients in the control group,while patients in the observation group underwent single-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.The renal function indexes and sexual function of the two groups were compared,and the complications of the patients were recorded at the same time.Results:The level of renal function indexes in the observation group after operation was lower than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the sexual function score was higher in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,which was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Single-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for complex kidney calculi can reduce renal function injury and improve sexual function,and the postoperative complications rate is low.
