头孢他啶钠联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎患儿 CRP水平及药物不良反应的影响

Effects of ceftazidime sodium combined with azithromycin on CRP level and adverse drug reactions in children with mycoplasma pneumonia

目的:观察头孢他啶钠联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎患儿CRP水平及药物不良反应的影响。方法:选取本院收治的106例支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,遵循随机对照原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合头孢他啶钠治疗。观察两组疗效、炎症因子水平、临床症状改善时间及药物不良反应。结果:与对照组比较,观察组总有效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均低于治疗前,且观察组降低更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、罗音消失时间及住院时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:头孢他啶钠联合阿奇霉素可有效降低支原体肺炎患儿机体炎症反应,提高治疗效果,改善临床症状,且联合用药不良反应少,安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the effects of ceftazidime sodium combined with azithromycin on CRP level and adverse drug reactions in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:A total of 106 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects,who were randomized into the control group(n=53)and observation group(n=53).Patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin,and on this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with ceftazidime sodium.The efficacy,levels of inflammatory cytokines,time of clinical symptom improvement and adverse drug reactions were compared between both groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αfor both groups were lower,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the fever clearance time,cough disappearance,pulmonary rales and hospital stays for patients in the observation group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And there was no statistical significance of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ceftazidime sodium combined with azithromycin can effectively reduce the body inflammatory response in children with mycoplasma pneumonia,improve the therapeutic effect and clinical symptoms,and the combination of drug use brings less adverse reactions.On top of that,it is quite safe.
