摘要
目的:探讨酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸患儿总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(IBIL)水平的影响。方法:选择新生儿黄疸患儿60例,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组使用蓝光照射疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散口服治疗。比较两组TBIL、IBIL水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组TBIL、IBIL水平低于治疗前,且观察组TBIL、IBIL水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合蓝光照射可降低新生儿黄疸患儿TBIL、IBIL水平,减少不良反应发生。
Objective:To investigate the effects of combined clostridium butyricum bifidobacterium powder,live,combined with blue light therapy on the levels of total bilirubin(TBIL)and direct bilirubin(DBIL)in children with neonatal jaundice.Methods:60 children with neonatal jaundice were selected and randomized into observation group and control group,each with 30 cases.Patients in the control group received blue light therapy,while patients in the observation group was additionally treated with combined clostridium butyricum bifidobacterium powder,live,on the basis of the control group.The levels of TBIL,IBIL and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of TBIL and IBIL in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of TBIL and IBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined clostridium butyricum bifidobacterium powder,live,combined with blue light therapy can reduce TBIL and IBIL levels in neonatal jaundice and the incidence of adverse reactions.
