盐酸地尔硫片+单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效分析

Effects of diltiazem hydrochloride tablets plus isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease patients

目的:分析盐酸地尔硫片+单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病(CHD)心绞痛患者的疗效。方法:选取104例CHD心绞痛患者依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各52例。对照组予以盐酸地尔硫片治疗,研究组予以单硝酸异山梨酯、盐酸地尔硫片联合治疗,统计对比两组疗效及治疗前后症状改善情况及收缩压、心功能指标变化。结果:研究组总有效率为94.23%,高于对照组80.77%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组持续时间短于对照组,发作频率少于对照组,心电图ST段位移低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组收缩压、心率、心肌耗氧量、心肌缺血总负荷小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸地尔硫片、单硝酸异山梨酯联合治疗CHD心绞痛效果显著,可明显抑制心绞痛发作,改善心功能,降低收缩压。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of diltiazem hydrochloride tablets plus isosorbide mononitrate in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of 104 patients with CHD angina pectoris were randomized into the control group and study group with 52 patients each.Patients in the control group were treated with diltiazem hydrochloride tablets,and patients in the study group were given combined treatment of isosorbide mononitrate with diltiazem hydrochloride.The efficacy,improvement of symptoms before and after treatment,and the changes of systolic blood pressure and cardiac function indexes of both groups were both groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was 94.23%,higher than 80.77%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the seizure frequency was less than that of the control group,and ST segment displacement of the electrocardiogram was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the systolic blood pressure,heart rate,myocardial oxygen consumption,and total myocardial ischemia load of the study group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of diltiazem hydrochloride tablets with isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of angina pectoris in CHD is significant,which can significantly inhibit the attack of angina pectoris,improve cardiac function and reduce systolic blood pressure of patients.
