孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童慢性咳嗽的疗效观察

Effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide inhalation in the treatment of children with chronic cough

目的:观察孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童慢性咳嗽的疗效。方法:选择76例慢性咳嗽患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,均38例。对照组接受布地奈德治疗,观察组加用孟鲁司特钠。对比两组疗效、症状缓解时间、实验室指标。结果:与对照组比较,观察组总有效率较高,症状缓解时间较短,ECP、IgE、EOS计数较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗慢性咳嗽能够降低ECP、IgE水平,增强疗效。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic cough in children.Methods:Seventy-six children with chronic cough were selected and randomized into two groups,each with 38 cases.Patients in the control group received budesonide treatment,while montelukast sodium for patients in the observation group.The curative effect,symptom relief time and laboratory indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had gained a higher total effective rate,shorter symptom relief time,and lower ECP,IgE,and EOS counts,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic cough can reduce the level of ECP and IgE and enhance the curative effect.
