仙方活命饮加减联合西药治疗对重度痤疮患者血清炎性因子的影响

Effect of xianfang huoming decoction combined with western medicine on serum inflammatory factors in patients with severe acne

目的:探讨仙方活命饮加减联合西药治疗对重度痤疮患者血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选取重度痤疮患者84例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各42例。两组均使用常规西药治疗,试验组联合使用仙方活命饮加减治疗。比较两组中医症状积分、临床疗效、血清炎性因子及治疗安全性。结果:试验组治疗后中医症状积分为(4.59±0.82)分,低于对照组(8.19±0.71)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率95.24%高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-α(IL-1α)分别为(147.32±24.36)pg/ml、(5.27±0.85)pg/ml,低于对照组的(162.57±26.57)pg/ml、(6.24±1.02)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:在西药治疗的基础上,使用仙方活命饮加减治疗重度痤疮患者具有较高的安全性,能促进皮损消退,减轻临床症状,降低血清炎性因子水平,促进患者病情恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of xianfang huoming decoction combined with western medicine on serum inflammatory factors in patients with severe acne.Methods:A total of 84 patients with severe acne were selected and randomized into the control group and experimental group,each with 42 cases.Patients in both groups were administered with conventional western medicine,while patients in the experimental group were added with xianfang huoming decoction in treatment on the basis of the control group.The symptom scores,clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factors and treatment safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of TCM symptoms after treatment in the experimental group was(4.59±0.82),lower than(8.19±0.71)in the control group,which were of statistical significances(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%,higher than 73.81%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-α(IL-1α)in the experimental group was(147.32±24.36)pg/ml and(5.27±0.85)pg/ml,respectively,lower than the respective(162.57±26.57)pg/ml and(6.24±1.02)pg/ml in the control group,which were of statistical significances(P<0.05);during treatment,there was no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine treatment,the additional use of xianfang huoming decoction for the treatment of patients with severe acne has higher safety,can promote skin lesions subside,reduce clinical symptoms and serum inflammatory factor levels,and promote the recovery of the patient’s condition.
