外周血淋巴细胞免疫表型检验评价恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析外周血淋巴细胞免疫表型检验评价恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的价值。方法:选择86例恶性肿瘤患者作为观察组,选取90例体检健康者作为对照组。采集入选者空腹静脉血,通过流式细胞仪对淋巴细胞免疫表型检验。分析两组及观察组中不同化疗周期及肿瘤转移与否患者的淋巴细胞免疫表型检测结果。结果:观察组CD3^+CD4^+、总T淋巴细胞低于对照组,CD3^+CD8^+、CD3^+CD56^+高于对照组(P<0.05);肿瘤转移患者CD3^+CD4^+低于肿瘤未转移患者,CD3^+CD8^+、CD3^+CD56^+高于肿瘤未转移患者(P<0.05);未化疗、化疗1~6周期患者CD3^+CD4^+低于对照组,化疗>6周期患者CD3^+CD4^+高于未化疗患者;未化疗、化疗1~6周期患者CD3^+CD8^+高于对照组,化疗>6周期患者CD3^+CD8^+低于未化疗患者;未化疗、化疗不同周期患者CD3^+CD56^+高于对照组;未化疗患者总T淋巴细胞低于对照组,不同化疗周期患者CD3^+CD56^+、总T淋巴细胞高于未化疗者(P<0.05)。结论:细胞免疫功能在肿瘤发生发展中起到主导作用,能够通过检验CD3^+CD4^+、CD3^+CD8^+、CD3^+CD56^+、总T淋巴细胞评估患者细胞免疫功能状态,利于判断患者预后。 Objective:To analyze the value of peripheral blood lymphocyte immunophenotype test in evaluating the cellular immune function of malignant tumor patients.Methods:86 patients with malignant tumor were selected as the observation group,and 90 healthy persons were selected as the control group.Fasting venous blood was collected and immunophenotype of lymphocytes of all subjects was tested by flow cytometry.The lymphocyte immunophenotype detection results of patients with different chemotherapy cycles and tumor metastasis were analyzed in the two groups and the observation group.Results:The lymphocyte CD3^+CD4^+and total T lymphocytes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,CD3^+CD8^+and CD3^+CD56^+were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and CD3^+CD4^+in tumor metastasis patients was lower than those in the patients without metastasis.CD3^+CD8^+and CD3^+CD56^+were higher than those without tumor metastasis(P<0.05).CD3^+CD4^+in 1 to 6 cycle without chemotherapy and undergoing chemotherapy was lower than that in the control group;CD3^+CD4^+in patients with chemotherapy longer than 6 cycle was higher than that in patients without chemotherapy.CD3^+CD8^+in patients with 1 to 6 cycles without chemotherapy or undergoing chemotherapy was higher than that in control group;CD3^+CD8^+in chemotherapy longer than 6 cycle was lower than that in patients without chemotherapy;and patients in different cycles of chemotherapy and without chemotherapy were higher than those of control group.The total T lymphocytes in patients without chemotherapy were lower than those in the control group.CD3^+CD56^+and total T lymphocytes in patients with different chemotherapy cycles were higher than those without chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cellular immune function plays a leading role in the occurrence and development of tumors.It can evaluate the cellular immune function of patients by testing CD3^+CD4^+,CD3^+CD8^+,CD3^+CD56^+and total T lymphocytes,and is conducive to judging the prognosis of patients.
