鼻内镜下中下双鼻道联合入路对真菌性上颌窦炎预后的影响

The effect of combined approach of middle and lower nasal passages under nasal endoscope on the prognosis of patients with fungal maxillary sinusitis

目的:探讨鼻内镜下中下双鼻道联合入路对真菌性上颌窦炎患者预后的影响。方法:将真菌性上颌窦炎患者106例随机分为两组,每组各53例。对照组行鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路手术,试验组行鼻内镜下中下鼻道联合入路治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组临床疗效优于对照组,术中出血量较对照组少,手术时间较对照组短,并发症发生率较对照组低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组复发率较对照组略低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下中下双鼻道联合入路治疗真菌性上颌窦炎临床效果确切,具有手术创伤小、并发症少等优点,利于患者预后。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the combined approach of middle and lower nasal passages on the prognosis of fungal maxillary sinusitis.Methods:106 patients with fungal maxillary sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups,53 cases in each group.In the control group,the anterior lacrimal recess was operated under the nasal endoscope,and in the experimental group,the middle and lower nasal passages were combined under the nasal endoscope.Compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the amount of bleeding during operation was lower than that of the control group,the operation time was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was slightly lower than that of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of fungal maxillary sinusitis by the combined approach of middle and lower nasal passages under nasal endoscopy has the advantages of less surgical trauma,less complications,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
