恩替卡韦联合双歧三联活菌治疗乙肝肝硬化疗效与安全性分析

Analysis of efficacy and safety of Entecavir combined with Bifid Triple viable bacteria in thetreatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis

目的:探讨乙肝肝硬化行恩替卡韦与双歧三联活菌联合治疗的效果与安全性。方法:选取115例乙肝肝硬化患者按随机数表法分为两组,对照组予以恩替卡韦,研究组予以恩替卡韦与双歧三联活菌联合方案,分析两组疗效、肝功能指标与安全性。结果:治疗后,研究组临床总有效率为98.33%,比对照组83.64%高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组AST、ALT及TBIL等指标均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应比对照组少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乙肝肝硬化行恩替卡韦和双歧三联活菌联合治疗,能改善患者肝功能指标,降低不良反应,临床应用效果显著,安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Entecavir and Bifidobacteria in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:A total of 115 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was given Entecavir.The study group was given a combination of Entecavir and Bifidobacteria.The efficacy,liver function indicators and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical total effective rate of the study group was 98.33%,which was higher than 83.64%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The AST,ALT and TBIL and other index in study group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in study group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Entecavir and Bifid Triple viable bacteria in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis can significantly improve the liver function index and reduce adverse reactions.The clinical application effect is significant and safety.
