脑血疏口服液联合依达拉奉对高血压脑出血患者炎性因子与神经功能的影响

Effect of Naoxueshu oral liquid combined with Edaravone on inflammatory factors and neurological function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探究脑血疏口服液联合依达拉奉在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法:将高血压脑出血患者104例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各52例。对照组予以依达拉奉治疗,观察组在此基础上联合脑血疏口服液治疗,比较两组治疗效果、炎性因子水平及神经功能恢复情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,NIHSS评分、炎症因子水平均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血患者采用脑血疏口服液联合依达拉奉治疗临床效果显著,可以有效降低炎症因子水平,促进神经功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of Naoxueshu oral liquid combined with Edaravone in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:104 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and observation group,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Edaravone,and the observation group was treated with Naoxueshu oral liquid on this basis.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor level and neurological function recovery of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the NIHSS score and the level of inflammatory factors were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Naoxueshu oral liquid combined with Edaravone in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is more significant,which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,promote the recovery of nerve function.
