桂林地区婚前和产前人群血红蛋白电泳参考范围调查

A survey of the reference range of hemoglobin electrophoresis in premarital and prenatal population in Guilin

目的:建立适宜桂林地区婚前和产前人群血红蛋白A(HbA)和血红蛋白A2(HbA2)的临床参考范围。方法:采用Capillarys2 flex毛细管电泳仪对588例调查人群进行血红蛋白电泳检测,得出HbA和HbA2的百分含量,以95%置信区间■建立参考范围。结果:HbA2值男性和女性比较差异有统计学意义(t=-3.717,P<0.01),同年龄组男性高于女性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);HbA值男性和女性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各年龄组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);随机抽取320例婚前和产前人群进行验证,317例适于新建的参考范围,符合率为99.06%。结论:新建的参考范围适用于当地大部分婚前和产前人群,可作为地贫初筛的参考依据。

Obiective:To establish the reference range of hemoglobin A(HbA)and hemoglobin A2(HbA2)for premarital and prenatal population in Guilin area.Methods:The hemoglobin electrophoresis was carried out in 588 investigated population by capillarys2 flex capillary electrophoresis,and the perencentage content of HbA and HbA2 was obtained.The reference range was established by 95%confidence interval(珋x±1.96s).Results:There was significant difference between male and female HbA2 values(t=-3.717,P<0.01),and male was higher than that of female in the same age groups,there was a significant difference between male and female(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HbA between male and female(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between all age groups(P>0.05).In addition,320 cases of premarital prenatal population were randomly selected for validation,317 cases were suitable for the new reference range,and the coincidence rate was 99.06%.Conclusion:The new reference range is suitable for most of the local premarital prenatal population,and can be used as a reference for the primary screening of thalassemia.
