炔雌醇环丙孕酮片二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的疗效

Effect of ethinylestradiol cyproterone metformin and clomiphene on infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮片、二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的临床疗效。方法:61例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者随机分为两组,参照组30例采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片+克罗米芬治疗,研究组31例在参照组基础上采用二甲双胍治疗。比较两组总有效率、治疗前后黄体生成素、促卵泡素、睾酮、空腹胰岛素水平、体质量指数、治疗后1个月内排卵率。结果:研究组、参照组总有效率分别为96.8%、73.3%,治疗后1个月内排卵率分别为90.3%、63.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组黄体生成素、促卵泡素、睾酮水平、空腹胰岛素、体质量指数均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炔雌醇环丙孕酮片二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者有显著疗效。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of ethinylestradiol cyproterone, metformin and clomiphene in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods: 61 infertile patients with PCOS were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the reference group were treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone plus clomiphene. 31 cases in the study group were treated with metformin on the basis of the reference group. The total effective rate, luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, testosterone, fasting insulin level, body mass index and ovulation rate within one month after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rates of the study group and the reference group were 96.8% and 73.3% respectively, and the ovulation rates within one month after treatment were 90.3% and 63.3% respectively, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, testosterone, fasting insulin and body mass index of the study group were lower than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: ethinylestradiol cyproterone, metformin and clomiphene are effective in the treatment of infertility patients with PCOS.
