高通量血液净化联合百令胶囊对慢性肾衰患者肾功能及炎症因子的影响

Effects of high flux blood purification combined with Bailing capsule on renal function and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic renal failure

目的:探寻高通量血液净化联合百令胶囊对慢性肾衰患者肾功能及炎症因子的影响。方法:2017年3月至2019年4月,我院收治的56例慢性肾衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组各28例。对照组采用高通量血液净化治疗,观察组采用高通量血液净化联合百令胶囊治疗,观察两组肾功能以及炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后,观察组血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)低于对照组,肾小球滤过率(GFR)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肾衰竭患者采用高通量血液净化联合百令胶囊治疗可改善患者肾功能,有效降低患者体内炎症因子水平。

Objective: To explore the effect of high flux blood purification combined with Bailing capsule on renal function and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: From March 2017 to April 2019, 56 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital were divided into 2 groups, 28 in each group. The control group was treated with high-throughput blood purification, and the observation group was treated with high-throughput blood purification and Bailing capsule. The renal function and the level of inflammatory factors were observed. Results: After treatment, the serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the glomerular filtration rate(GFR)was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion: High flux blood purification combined with Bailing capsule can improve the renal function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with chronic renal failure.
