波纹钢拼装式连拱明洞结构受力数值分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了验证波纹钢拼装式连拱明洞结构的可行性,以高山寨隧道为工程背景,采用ABAQUS开展了波纹钢-混凝土结构明洞受力的数值分析。结果表明,明洞结构左右洞均是拱顶靠近中墙侧沉降值最大,右洞拱顶偏左处竖向沉降值最大,靠近边坡侧水平位移最大;明洞波纹钢结构在靠近中墙处和两侧拱脚的弯矩值最大,在两侧拱肩处波纹钢应力值最大;混凝土结构在两侧拱腰处应力最大;明洞结构受力状态处于安全范围内。 In order to verify the feasibility of corrugated steel assembly type open cut tunnel structure,taking Gaoshanzhai Tunnel as engineering background,the numerical analysis on the forces of corrugated steel-concrete structure in the open tunnel was carried out using Abaqus software.The results show that the settlement value of the left and right tunnel near the middle wall is the largest,the vertical settlement value of the left of the right tunnel is the largest,and the horizontal displacement is the largest near the slope.The bending moment near the middle wall and the arch feet on both sides of the corrugated steel structure is the largest,and the stress value of the corrugated steel at both sides of the arch shoulder is the largest.The stress of concrete structure is the greatest at both sides of the arch waist.The stress state of the open cut tunnel structure is in the safe range.
