摘要
面向交通安全设施所用玻璃珠折射率的安全、批量、无损检测需要,通过融合一次彩虹法和二次彩虹法,提出了基于低阶彩虹环的快速检测方法,以实现高折射率和低折射率玻璃珠的自识别自测量。结合阿基米德螺线,提出了光学扫描方案,以实现在载玻片上随机分布玻璃珠的折射率批量检测。在此基础上,搭建了玻璃珠折射率批量测试系统。提出了基于标准溶液的校准方案,对测试系统进行了校准。分别采用低折射率和高折射率玻璃珠进行批量试验,验证了方法和系统的有效性。结果表明:研究提出的批量检测方法,对未紧邻叠加分布玻璃珠的批量检出率为100%,测量示值误差绝对值不超过0.02,测量重复性不超过0.065,能够满足一般检测的需要;测量100颗玻璃珠的时间开销相较传统浸液法减少了90%。
To meet the needs of safe,batch and non-destructive testing for the refractive index of glass beads used in traffic safety facilities,the rapid detection method based on low-order iridescent rings was proposed.The method integrated the primary rainbow method and secondary rainbow method,and achieved selfidentification and self-measurement of glass beads with different refractive indexes.By combining with Archimedean spiral,the optical scanning scheme was proposed to achieve batch testing of refractive index of glass beads randomly distributed on a slide.On this basis,the batch testing system for refractive index of glass beads was constructed.The calibration scheme based on standard solutions was proposed,and the test system was calibrated.The batch tests were conducted by using glass beads with low and high refractive indices,validating the effectiveness of the method and system.The result indicates that the batch detection method has the detection rate of 100%for batch glass beads.The absolute value of error is no more than 0.02,and the repeatability is no more than 0.065,which can meet the needs of general detection.The time cost of measuring 100 glass beads is reduced by at least 90%compared with the traditional immersion method.
