桥梁拆除施工安全总体风险评估指标体系研究

Overall Risk Assessment Index System of Bridge Demolition Construction Safety

为了研究桥梁拆除过程总体风险评估指标体系,减少桥梁拆除施工过程不确定性因素对桥梁拆除安全的影响,保障拆除施工安全进行,降低人员伤亡及经济损失。首先采用文献调研等方法,研究提出了桥梁拆除施工风险评估思路和方法;然后通过文献调研和现场调研,利用问卷调查法、德尔菲法等方法建立了以拆除规模、桥梁状况、拆除技术方法、地质地形、气候环境、桥位特征等6项为一级指标的总体风险评估指标体系;最后采用提出的评估指标体系对某连续刚构桥拆除施工进行了风险评估。结果表明:工程案例评估结果为较大风险,该指标体系可为类似项目开展施工安全风险评估提供依据,也可为类似项目安全管理提供借鉴。

To study the overall risk assessment index system of bridge demolition process,reduce the influence of uncertainty factors on bridge demolition safety,ensure the demolition construction safety,and reduce the casualties and economic losses,the risk assessment ideas and methods for bridge demolition construction were put forward by using literature research and other methods.Then,through the literature investigation and field investigation,the questionnaire survey and Delphi method were used to establish the overall risk assessment index system with 6 first-level indexes,including demolition scale,bridge condition,demolition technology,geological terrain,climate environment and bridge location characteristics.Finally,the risk assessment on continuous rigid frame bridge demolition was carried out with the proposed evaluation index system.The result indicates that the project case assessment result is relatively large risk,and the index system can provide a basis for the construction safety risk assessment for similar projects.It can also provide the reference for safety management of similar projects.
