BIM技术在公路工程施工中的应用研究

Application and Study on BIM Technology in Highway Engineering Construction

摘要 公路工程项目普遍存在建设环境复杂、质量要求高、施工周期长、工序交叉复杂、档案资料多等特点。利用建筑信息模型(BIM)三维可视化、数据集成共享、全过程溯源管理等方面的优势,有助于提升公路工程施工管理的效率和质量。依托富龙西江特大桥工程,在施工期建立了BIM交付、分类与编码等项目标准体系,开展了实例BIM模型参数化创建、基于BIM的施组和交组联合仿真模拟等应用;研发了基于BIM的项目协同管理平台,涵盖质量管理、安全管理、进度管理等十余个功能模块,实现基于现场工序验收的进度管理、基于移动端的隐患排查管理、征拆三维可视化管控、电子文件形成和电子档案管理。通过BIM技术研发与应用,全面提升了富龙西江特大桥工程的精益建造和精细管理水平,可为同类公路工程提供参考。 Highway engineering projects have some characteristics,e.g.,complex construction environments,high quality requirements,long construction periods,complex process intersections,and multiple archival materials.It is beneficial to utilize building information modeling(BIM)3D visualization,data integration sharing,and full process traceability management for improving the efficiency and quality of highway engineering construction management.Relying on the Xijiang grand bridge project,the project standard system of BIM delivery,classification and coding was established during the construction period.The application of instance BIM model parametric creation,BIM based construction organization and delivery group joint simulation were carried out.The project collaborative management platform,covering more than 10 functional modules(e.g.,quality management,safety management,schedule management),was developed based on BIM.The schedule management based on on-site process acceptance was realized.The process management based on on-site process acceptance was realized.The implementation of mobile-based hidden trouble detection management was realized.The 3D visualization control of acquisition and disassembly was realized.The electronic file formation and electronic file management was realized.Through BIM technology research and development,the lean construction and fine management level of Xijiang grand bridge project was improved comprehensively,which can provide reference for similar highway project.
